Paisley Hoot Palette

The shades and textures of these eye shadows is beautiful.
If asked the only reason I would ever not recommend this palette to someone is if you know you don't like or won't wear these shades.
This is a neutral palette I would repurchase when I finish this palette.

Now this is what I call a stunning neutral palette. With Galactic Visitor, I was blabbering on about not having a neutral brown color to start off with. Enter Paisley Hoot; I feel like Angie heard me and made this one for me. (She didn't, I know that). I love this color story so much. The only reason that I don't give this five stars is that this palette somehow doesn't play well with Galactic Visitor AT ALL. I was hoping there would be more options now that I have a neutral palette, but I realize I have stepped away from Galactic Visitor completely. These neutrals don't look good when I try to combine them with GV.
I realize that is probably not the idea behind it and that it is meant to be a standalone palette, but it still makes me a little sad that I stop using something I kinda liked when I get something else. I would've loved it if they played nice. I say this now because I saw that yesterday Succulent Dew came out. That one does look like a better companion palette to GV than anything else Singe has come out with so far.
Back to Paisley Hoot though. The seventies vibe and neutrals with a twist is so good. I particularly love Bell Bottom (there is a dent already), Platforms, Earthy, Jumpsuit and Glamrock. The white is also very nice. Basically I can choose any color at random and I'm good to go. I have a very fair skintone with neutral undertones, so it works very well on me. Good job on this, Angie! For someone who loves brights as much as you do, you have a great eye for neutrals too.

Don’t tell the other palettes but this one is my absolute favorite! If this color story calls to you, I can’t recommend it enough! I love that you can do a barely there wash of color, tap on a shimmer or you can create a full glam smokey eye. And it’s all retro themed with the shade names I love the whole vibe. The photo features two matte shades Rattan and Shag Rug topped with two shimmers Tie Dye and Funky

Beautiful color story. Love the palette and design on the front. Shimmers are not crazy but just enough. Also, that's probably the whitest white I've seen in a palette.

Great color story. I'm not a neutral girlie, but this palette is perfect for the person who loves color, but needs a little neutral in their life. Great formula as well.
